Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities

Our family had a delightful 4-night stay! The Queen Suite was spacious, perfect for our needs. We loved the complimentary breakfast, although a second waffle maker would speed things up. Enjoyed the pool and nearby dining options. Families should book early to secure a good spot!

The Queen Suite was pretty comfy, loved the pillows and comforters. The room was clean and spacious, which was a big plus. Only downside was check-in took a bit longer than expected because the person was new. Other than that, everything else was good, no noise from outside despite being near the airport. Really friendly staff too!

Had a great time with friends! We visited the Great Clips Festival Shopping Center and caught an event at Cardinal Stadium. The location is perfect for exploring. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was well stocked, with a clean area to enjoy your meal.

I did experience a minor issue with the outlets in our room not working properly, which was a bit inconvenient. But overall, it didn’t ruin the fun we had during our stay.

The Comfort Suites in Louisville had a lot going for it. The room I stayed in was very clean and spacious, with modern amenities like plenty of outlets and USB ports. The breakfast offered a great selection—eggs, sausage, waffles, and more, all well stocked. However, I noticed the pool could have been warmer. it felt too chilly for comfortable swimming. The staff were friendly, but the registration process took too long because the front desk clerk was new and seemed a bit overwhelmed. Additionally, the shower setup in my room was inconvenient. the water ended up flooding the bathroom every time I showered. Even with these issues, the stay was mostly pleasant, and I appreciate the efforts of the staff.
